Northland Pines School District in Wisconsin receives a $111,375 check!
Northland Pines School District recently installed a new solar array at St. Germain Elementary School – the district’s fourth solar project and the first one to receive a clean energy tax credit. The solar arrays offer hands-on educational opportunities for students to learn about electricity. The project, completed by Hoffman Planning, Design, and Construction, will help the district continue to save on operating costs. In December 2024, Northland Pines School District received $111,375 as a federal reimbursement for the solar array.
Tune in to UpNorthNews Radio to hear from District Administrator Scott Foster, on how energy tax credits are helping to fund infrastructure improvement projects that lower future energy bills and provide relief to local taxpayers.
